This unique sparkling white wine is made from 100% xinomavro according to the méthode traditionnelle. It has intense fruity aromas and crisp acidity. The wine is medium bodied and has a soft creamy everlasting mousse and intense length. The production of this exceptional wine is limited and every individual bottle is numbered and dated by hand.
