“Aspros Lagos” means “White Hare”. It is the placename of the vineyard. A unique, full bodied white dry wine with notes of barrel, with a classic white vinification with fermentation in barrels. It is fermented and matured in barrels for 5 months. The winery used new and 2nd year use barrels, 60% acacia wood barrels and 40% French oak. It has Gold color with lemon glints. Aromas of citrus and white flowers. Rich flavour, round body and nose of ripe fruit with long vanilla aftertaste. It can be aged for min 7 years.
