A well complex wine that is made by the ancient method of sun dried grapes. Full bodied but with a crispy acidity and a very intense & long lasting bouquet of honey, dried apricots, raisins, orange peel and ground cinnamon. Ideal on top of toffee, hazelnut or yogurt ice cream, or with a dessert such as cinnamon brulee, pistachio baclava or walnut & chocolate cake.
