About This Project

The color is red of Bordeaux with crimson hues.
Tasting the wine, the aromas of ripe red fruit bouquet, blackberry and cherry are accompanied by warm scents of tobacco, red pepper, wood, chocolate and vanilla.  The presence of tomato –which characterise Xinomavro –is discreet while the earthy character is supplemented with mushroom aroma and leaves.
In the mouth you can feel the full, rich body with the original sense of sweetness of the  alcohol which blends with the balanced acidity and rounded gradually developed tannins. The intense aromas of the mouth are complementing the final taste, while the long aftertaste leaves you with the sense of chocolate.
