The cultivation of the Troupis’ family’s privately-owned vineyards with a low yield in mind along with modern methods of white wine-making highlight the full potential of the Moschofilero variety in Troupis Mantineia. The golden highlights hint at an aromatic richness combining the aromas of white peach, citron and pear which are followed by a slightly acid yet full flavour and after-taste of bergamot and jasmine.
It is recommended as an accompaniment for meat with lemon sauces, grilled moderately oily fish and shellfish. Stored under good conditions, it keeps its rich characteristics for at least 2 years.
