About This Project

Belongs to the orange wines, meaning those who have been aged in a deliberate presence of oxygen. The oxidative character of the wine matches perfectly with the fruit and gives a wine with an amber color, aromas of honey blossom and linden, where the oxidation adds tones of caramel & tobacco, lemon blossoms and sandalwood. The acidity and grapes condensation leave an almost sweet note in the aftertaste.
